A Free Trip to SXSW

Okay sorry, I wanted to get everyone's attenetion. I wish I could give away a trip to SXSW music festival, but alas I can not. I do really want to go someday, it's high on my list of things to do. If you not sure what the hell I'm talking about, let me clear the air. It is one of the premier festivals in the US, it takes place in Austin, TX.  There are so many act that play the festival you really have to do some homework to make sure you see the best of the best. If you think this is some rock festival then you are very wrong you can find every genre you can possibly think of at this festival.

What I meant by a free trip to SXSW I gathered a bunch of links for some free downloads and NPR All Songs Considered has some of the shows up on their website http://www.npr.org/series/sxsw/. I mean it is free so you really can't beat the price.

Ioda SXSW Opening Day Bash Sampler 2011

Most of this album I'd classify in the genre of Alternative music. Now out of these my favorite track 8. Rites of Spring by Fredrik and 5. Duelist  True Widow. Out of this album I download the fewest tracks only 4 out of the 11.

Experience Austin: A Tunecore Music Sampler
Was released just this week and really has some great tracks on it. There are 29 in all and I thin I downloaded 20 of them.
